• Days: 6am-4pm Monday- Thursday
• Afternoons: 4pm-2am Monday-Thursday ($0.80 shift premium)
• Weekends: 6am-6pm Friday-Sunday
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, reliable general laborer to join our growing company. In this position,
you will be responsible for assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery, and following all
site health and safety regulations. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
Worker will be responsible for basic operations and visual inspection of the power press, work
centers, assembly work centers, paint work centers and parts repack areas.
Duties and responsibilities
• Produce parts at established production rates in a safe manner that meet production
requirements, shift quota, and hourly cycle counts
• Product quality parts within specifications as per the quality check sheets
• Always maintain accurate production records
• Report production issues and down time to team leader and suggest corrective action
• Operate. Load and unload stamping presses, assembly machines, paint load and unload
racks, repack parts area and other machine centers
• Ability to lift 40-50lbs, unassisted
Requirements & Qualifications
• Must have Grade 12/Equivalent/Working towards it
• Manual dexterity, excellent hand and eye coordination
• Ability to do repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have previous experience
• Must be okay with giving consent to complete a background verification.
• Must be legally able to work in Canada, speak and read English.
• Must have Drivers License
• Must have own safety boots/shoes and safety glasses
